What to do about a woman from work?

I work with this woman who is seven years older than me. I'm 25 and she is 32. I never usually have a problem reading girls, but this one is different. We have worked together for about 5 years, but never really talked besides the usual small talk and joking around. Within the last month she started texting me out of nowhere and more recently started forwarding very explicit jokes and making some suggestive comments. I played along because I'm definitely in to her. The one problem is that when were talking outside of text she seems somewhat standoffish and sometimes she has a grin from ear to ear when she talks to me. In other words, Im getting mixed signals. To make things more complicated I found out about a two months ago she was planning on getting a divorce. I tried prying through text to see f she is just joking with me or if she is serious, but she purposely left it to mystery. What should I do? Should I just come out and ask if she's interested? I just don't want to complicate work, but i really wanna know.
