Are Germans and Austrians terrified of digging around old mental institutions for fear of what they might find?

There's scarcely a place in Germany that were they to dig, there would be some anxiety. The "Bombendienst" is still on alert in the major urban areas, particularly Berlin, to disarm any bombs found. Where there are bombs, there are bodies. Lots of them.
