Two weeks until track starts?

Our track season is starting in two weeks and I haven't done any running since volleyball season (four months ago). I was wondering what to do for the remaining time left so when we start conditioning I won't be totally dead. BTW I am a sprinter, the longest race I run is the 400 and I also do the 300 Hurdles and 100 Hurdles (highs)
