Ker is a shrub which grows wild in thar desert. fruits are green and small and very bitter in taste. Used extensively in rajastahn for prepartion of pickles. debittering is done by soaking the fruits in ermilk for 2-3 dayz. Its also known as teent in haryana and uttar pradesh.
