Chrono Cross: I got my boat stuck in the back of Viper Manor...Is there anyway to get it back?

I'm playing Chrono Cross and I ended up getting Korcha's boat stuck on the Manor Bluffs...It seems I can't get it back, does anyone know how to get it?
