Anywhere in the Mesa,AZ a girl can get an honest answer to her car problems?

I need to get my car fixed, and I am apprehensive about taking it to a mechanic. One, I'm new to Arizona and two, I'm not car-savvy. He could tell me my flux capacitor is acting up and I might believe him and pay $1000 to "fix" it. Help! I just need a decent shop to help a girl out!
