Play Fight Turns Into Kiss. More Details Below?

OK, so a couple of weeks ago, I decided to hang out with a friend who was back in town from college. Our original plan was to go see a movie and then hang at his house. Well, he picks me up and when we get to the movie theater, we find out that the movies were closed. Pretending like nothing was wrong, we go back to his house and we decide to just chill and pop a movie at his place. I am a big tomboy, always have been so i ended up playfully wrestling with him thinking nothing was gonna happen. Suddenly when we get into each others faces, we kissed. Thinking it was uncomfortable for him (it sure as hell wasn't for me. I have always had a small crush on him), I stopped. But he kept on going. We didn't even pay attention to the movie because of his wanting to kiss me. We used to talk either every day or every other day. Ever since that day, we only talk once every few days up to once a week. What could this mean? Could he hate me? (BTW I am in a local college whereas he is out of state so I am not a high schooler)
