When will the fed prosecute Obama, Barney Frank and Chris Dodd for their part in the financial meltdown?

Yeah, yeah...a conservative dream I share. But for some reason - payoffs, no will in Congress, dirt on others...it wo0n't be done, Even tho' all, Frank & Dodd most of all, should be tarred & feathered (tho' Barney mite enjoy it!), stripped of all wealth & driven from DC in disgrace.
