What can I do to help my sore throat? I've already tried:?

Gargling with warm salt water, taking Chloraseptic, taking Airborne, and taking lozenges. I've had a sore throat and my nose has been stuffed up for about 4 days. I've tired all of these things and my throat hasn't gotten better.
