I was wondering if someone who is well versed in SEO can take a look at my website and offer suggestions on the Meta Tags and just overall SEO. The website is www.wall2wallcleaningservice.com. Also, what is the fastest and easiest way to get indexed by google? How long does it usually take? I'm not indexed yet. It's been about 1 week since the site has been up.
