Remedies to Tenant problems in Bank Housing loan defaulted flat?

I have paid interest free advance and occupied a Flat. One Year back,a Bank claims that owner defaulted in housing loan and they taking deemed possession of the property. Now asked me to vacate the property. In the meen time owner of the property loss his life in a fatal road accident. what proceduere to be adopted to get the money paid by me and to stay in the flat till my claims are settled.
