Is animation mentor.com really the best way to learn animation?

Does the program help you get a job and teach you the skills you need to find one? (I can draw, and am practicing all the time, own The Illusion of Life and the Preston Blair Animation Book) If anyone has anything good or bad to say about the cl (preferably someone who has the experience!) please let me know :)
