How to know if a guy likes you?

It sounds like he's shy. Next time when he looks at you do a little wave or hold his gaze for a few more seconds. Let him know, through his staring, that you are interested. Even send him a text saying you'd like to hear from him or asking him how his day is going......get the ball rolling in getting him to talk to you. Good luck!
