Your question is the very epitome of the narcissistic tool. You believe it is the writer's fault that you find it difficult to focus on writing that has illuminated the American mind for 150 years. Put your ignorant hormones on hold for an hour or two and admit that you do not yet know everything and read the book. If you, as I believe you will, simply ignore what I am saying then you are indeed the egotistical silly mess your youth has made you.
